By joining The Alpha Room on X Spaces, you acknowledge and agree that all sessions are recorded. The Alpha Room retains full ownership of all audio recordings and reserves the right to distribute, publish, edit, and monetize said recordings across all platforms including but not limited to Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, and any social media accounts affiliated with The Alpha Room, without further notice or compensation to participants.
Any artwork, graphics, or visual content created by or for The Alpha Room in connection with your appearance — including but not limited to show artwork, promotional graphics, and episode thumbnails — is the sole property of The Alpha Room. By submitting your logo, profile image, Doginal Dog artwork, or any other approved image, you grant The Alpha Room a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such images at our sole discretion across all platforms and marketing materials.
The Alpha Room is not responsible for the views, opinions, statements, or conduct of any guest, panelist, or participant who appears on stage. All opinions expressed are solely those of the individual speaker. The Alpha Room reserves the right to remove any participant from the stage at any time.
By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full. This agreement covers your involvement with The Alpha Room and any content produced as a result.
