These terms apply to seller accounts and listings on Alpha Market (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating a seller account or submitting a listing, you agree to these terms.
1. Ownership of listed items
You may list only products you legally own and have the right to sell. You must not list stolen goods, counterfeit products, items you do not own, or items you cannot lawfully supply.
You must accurately represent the product, its condition, availability, and price. Any eBay link you submit must lead to your listing for the same product.
2. Photos and other content
You must own the photographs, descriptions, and other content you submit, or have permission from the rights holder that allows their use and display on Alpha Market.
Uploading a photograph to eBay, finding it online, or purchasing the product shown does not, by itself, give you permission to use that photograph on Alpha Market.
You must not submit content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights, or falsely represents an item.
3. Permission to display your submissions
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you grant Alpha Market a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and resize or format that content as necessary to operate the service and present your listings.
This permission ends when your content is removed from public display, except for limited retention in backups or records reasonably needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
4. Accurate information and verification
You are responsible for keeping your account and listings accurate and promptly updating or removing items that are sold, withdrawn, or no longer available.
We may request reasonable evidence of product ownership, control of the linked eBay listing, or permission to use submitted content. We may hide listings or restrict your account while reviewing a concern. Failure to provide reasonably requested evidence may result in removal or account termination.
5. Conduct that harms Alpha Market
You must not engage in fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, abuse, spam, security interference, or other conduct that harms Alpha Market, its users, team members, or operations.
You must not misuse the service, submit misleading information, evade restrictions, or create replacement accounts to bypass a suspension or termination.
6. Listing removal, suspension, and termination
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Market reserves the right, in its discretion, to reject or remove any listing or content, restrict access, suspend an account, or permanently terminate an account.
We may take these actions for violations or reasonably suspected violations of these terms, including concerns about product ownership or image rights. We may also act for any other reason we reasonably believe is detrimental to the safety, integrity, operation, or legitimate interests of Alpha Market, the project, its community, or its team.
We may act immediately and without advance notice where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, investigate suspected misconduct, comply with legal obligations, or protect the service. Where applicable law requires notice or an explanation, we will provide it.
Nothing in these terms restricts lawful, honest reviews, good-faith complaints, reports to authorities, or other legally protected activity.
7. eBay transactions
Alpha Market provides a place to discover seller-submitted listings and links to eBay. Purchases and payments take place on eBay and are subject to eBay’s applicable terms.
Sellers remain responsible for their products, listing accuracy, fulfillment, and obligations to buyers. Displaying a listing on Alpha Market does not mean we have verified or endorsed the seller or product.
An Alpha Market suspension or termination affects access to Alpha Market; it does not itself cancel an eBay transaction or change an eBay account.
8. Reports and requests for review
To report an ownership concern, unauthorized photo, misleading listing, or account issue, contact [support email to be added]. Include the relevant listing or account link and a brief explanation.
You may request review of an account action through the same contact address. Reinstatement is not guaranteed, subject to any rights provided by applicable law.
9. Applicable rights
These terms do not exclude or limit rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
